About Me

Nice to meet you! As you know by now, my name is Kenzie and I have not been able to take the time to take a photo of myself. Believe it or not, I am not a robot! I am a woman in my mid-20’s who was born and raised in an entrepreneurial family. My dad has started and owned many businesses, and my mom has been the right hand woman in all of them. From brainstorming brands to training new franchisees, I’ve watched them grow from having nothing to becoming everything they wanted to be. I know firsthand how difficult it is to juggle the responsibilities of running daily operations with handling all of the office work that comes with it. I also know the struggle of not yet being able to afford another employee to help manage the stress. When I ask “How can I help you?”, it’s not a formality. It’s my passion and purpose to assist you in maintaining & growing your dream while keeping you balanced and healthy.

Now, to sell myself to you! My Nana is a tax preparer, so I have been making copies since I was 3 years old. I have worked for 10+ years collectively as a receptionist, office assistant, and office manager. I love the work I do, whether it’s answering phone calls or doing a deep dive into your company’s productivity data.

Some things I am proud of:

• I am certified in QuickBooks and have my career certificates in small business management & bookkeeping.

• I have worked as a 24/7 responder (non-EMS), being the first point of contact for people who were in the middle of a natural disaster and needing assistance in saving their homes.

• I have completed multiple manual data transfers to CRMs that contained 1,000+ clients.

• I have personally upset multiple higher ups by being so detail oriented that I’ve found flaws in their work that they didn’t want others to see!

I wish that last one wasn’t something I’m proud of, but I believe in getting work done right for the benefit of the team and the company.
